Before we start, Let me paint the picture for you so you know exactly how to do it yourself...
I went into solar niche, knew almost nothing about it, and when you only need a few clients per month and want to scale to 6 figures you don’t really need a whole bunch of leads or emails
What you do need, is a deeper level understanding how their business works...So RESEARCH!
...Honestly, you don’t need no crazy, stupid offers, you don’t need ads, you don’t need to sell your soul or do anything you don’t feel good about.
So how the heck do you know a new business you know nothing about, and how does a business owner in that industry works?
Here’s a simple formula to do research to know more than a veteran of that industry
So, after this research you know exactly what their pain is regarding the service, you’re offering such as lead gen and hiring in my case, what they hate, what bad experiences they’ve had had previously and most importantly what they really expect after they buy a similar service
You will hear a lot of insights about the service which you can incorporate in your sales calls
And I’d to explain this in a little more detail...
...So, if a business owner says something like this “Yea I got the service it didn't product what it claimed, now I wasn’t expecting it to make me millions in a month but I should’ve seen a few deals coming in 3 months, But I got nothing”
This tells you that the general expectation of a biz owner in this niche is to get results in 3 months and they expect an x number of deals so now you don’t need crazy offers...
you can set expectations the right way from your first email and the biz owner would understand and appreciate you being honest but more importantly they’d think you have a more profound level understanding than most so you must’ve worked with many companies which is why you know it takes 90 days and in that x no of deals can be closed.
It’s all about psychology!
Now this will allow you to have material to create your cold email or LinkedIn scripts
Here’s a simple cold email template you can use to create your script (IOC)

Now before we fill in this template a key point in it is the “Offer” that you’re going to send to your prospects, so let’s first tackle that and then we’ll fill it in the template
What is an offer? You'll find multiple millions of explanations, YT vids, posts, books and literature on it, which will make you or may already have made you confused so here’s a simple explanation and a way to create it that works for me.
Your offer incorporates a unique solution to your prospects problem, in a given timeframe with a certainty of some degree or Risk Reversal
Problem: Unique Solution
Timeframe: How Fast
Certainty: How certain are you of your system that it will get your prospect what they want (Guarantee)
Risk reversal: What if it doesn’t work
Example:
We deploy a team of experienced telemarketing specialists to get you appointments with exclusive leads with credit scores above 650 looking to go solar in 60 days...or we work for free
“An offer is a complete solution to your prospects business problem”
So now that you have a basic understanding of an offer let’s put it into script (IOC) and get those juicy responses from prospects

At this point, you’re specific to a customer's problem, set the expectation, and gave them some unique pointers like a credit score to chew on and risk reversal so they can’t lose anything.
Now you need to send this package to the designated coordinates 😁
Went a little top gun there but basically now you have your script ready, it’s time to send it to as many solar contractors or companies as you really want...
...and turn on that sweet ol’mighty LinkedIn automation and send this script to them as well.
And this is how you’ll get appointments with decision makers in your niche at scale.
Scale is very subjective and so it really depends on your hunger and how much you want to scale.
You want a 6-figure business? Sell this offer 2 times in a month for $5k
You want a 7-figure business...you’re going to need a whole lot more to do, need to have operations guy, sales guy, LinkedIn guy and cold email guy, and project management tool...but
...the good thing is nothing about your offer or script changes.
Since you’ve already proven that the offer works...all you have to do is scale it and have the right people in the process
You can have 8 LinkedIn accounts sending pitch to 22,400 prospects every month
You can have 4 VA’s sending 100K cold email every month to prospects every month
Even if you want to scale with:
“And about how I got my $10K client, exactly like I told you, got the lead from LinkedIn, sent them the script, got their email sent the same pitch in email, got on to meetings, had 4 meetings and closed for $10K”
